The SAP Product Configuration Expert
analyze business requirements, configure systems per approved designs, document specifications, and execute testing to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. They ensure stability, compliance, and data integrity while specializing in specific SAP modules.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure SAP S/4HANA PM and FM components such as (Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance,…) and 3rd party add-ons / integrated components according to approved design documents.
Analyze business requirements and support fit-to-standard and gap analysis to ensure process harmonization across plants, warehouses, and procurement units.
Prepare functional for WRICEF objects in collaboration with technical and integration teams.
Execute unit testing and actively support integration testing and UAT.
Develop and maintain master data templates for equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and fleet assets, along with process documentation.
Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across business units and shared service environments.
Provide Level 3 production support, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years SAP S/4 HANA configuration experience in relevant domain.
Proficiency in analyzing business requirements.
Skilled in mapping and analyzing business processes.
Hands‑on (business, functional and technical) design, configuration, testing, and go‑live experience with SAP implementation projects.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation.
University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience.
High level of learning agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area is a plus.
