Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and CAS products Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to move freely throughout the facility and interact with personal computers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field Proven track record with technical training assignments Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support Strong communication and interpersonal skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
