Our client, a leading innovator in augmented reality and virtual reality technology, is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the AR/VR Product Data Operations team, you will contribute to the development of cutting‑edge avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Pay Rate:

$25/hour

What's the Job?

Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits to ensure high standards.

Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.

Perform weekly QA audits of collection data from internal and external teams to identify trends and issues.

Compile weekly reports highlighting insights and areas for improvement in data collection processes.

Engage actively in program monitoring, providing feedback to optimize data quality and project success.

What's Needed?

Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical, research, and critical‑thinking abilities.

Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including writing formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.

Willingness to work onsite in Redmond, WA.
