Our client, a global manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional/Technical Analyst with deep hands‑on experience in S/4HANA and ECC, strong manufacturing process knowledge, and the ability to work confidently in both functional and technical layers of SAP. This role requires someone who can debug, troubleshoot, design solutions, and directly partner with business users in a fast‑paced production environment.

Top Skills Needed:
Strong ability to read ABAP code, step through debugging, and pinpoint system issues.
Expected to perform debugging 1–2 times per week.
Experience supporting both ECC and S/4 environments.
Ability to resolve issues without relying heavily on development teams.
Manufacturing & Logistics Expertise
Hands‑on experience with make‑to‑order and discrete manufacturing processes.
Understanding of BOMs, routings, work centers, production flows, and shop‑floor integration.
Familiarity with modules such as:
PP, SD, EWM, TM, PPDS (bonus if strong in Transportation Management / TM).
Ability to translate business requirements into real‑world functional + technical SAP solutions.
Strong Hybrid Functional + Technical Skill Set
Able to write both functional and technical specifications.
Comfortable gathering business requirements and leading solution discussions.
Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and able to collaborate with global teams.
Ability to challenge assumptions, explain solutions, and drive alignment.
Additional Skills (Nice‑to‑Haves)
Experience with Fiori applications.
Exposure to global manufacturing or large enterprise SAP landscapes.
Experience with integration touchpoints across logistics and supply chain modules.
What You’ll Do
Perform SAP debugging, root‑cause analysis, and solution design.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams—translating needs into actionable technical work.
Support manufacturing, logistics, and supply‑chain process improvements.
Write documentation, functional specs, technical specs, and testing plans.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve production issues.
Support both ECC and S/4HANA systems in a complex, multi‑module landscape.
