Senior Systems Administrator . Seeking an SA to provide support for the design, planning, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network device, etc. Provide Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to the customers management team and internal customers Configures and manages Linux operating systems and installs/loads Configures, manages, maintains and troubleshoots virtualization infrastructure Create scripts for the management of system configurations, systems processes Work with appropriate entities on the creation and sustainment of dataflows using COTS and GOTS solutions Work with the System Owner, ISSO and DAO on the creation, modification and reaccreditation of applicable System Security Plans and accompanying documentation Requirements: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required and 10 years of experience. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Salary range = $140,000 - $185,000, depending on experience.
