IT Business Systems Analyst - Planview Portfolios (REMOTE)

(must have -Planview Portfolios experience) for one of major Insurance clients. This is a
100% REMOTE opportunity , an initial
12 month contract
to begin with good potential to extend. This is a

Assignment Details: IT Systems Analyst Sr (2 openings) — 12 month assignment. Remote – Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours and must not exceed 40 hours/week.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Gather, document, create, and refine requirements using story cards and maintain team boards.
Creates basic artifacts (e.g., documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams) used in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements.
Lead Agile ceremonies for the team using scrum and/or kanban methodologies including daily stand‑up meetings.
Lead and participate in monthly and quarterly planning sessions.
Participate in requirements reviews to ensure comprehensiveness and adherence to documentation standards and methodologies.
Conduct detailed analysis and create metrics by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring and auditing for Planview Portfolios.
Required Skills
Experience with Planview Portfolios is a must. PV Data experience beneficial. Experience with data integrations and data integrity would be very helpful.
Prior experience with gathering requirements.
Familiarity with industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze technical requirements.
Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.
Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple small projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
Technical aptitude and knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges.
Analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Familiar with LEAN Methodologies.
Familiar with AI techniques and requirements for AI prompts/testing.
