CareOne Senior Care is seeking a
Branch Manager
for our Ann Arbor location who is passionate about
making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families . Our mission is to help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes—and this role plays a critical part in delivering on that promise every day.
The Branch Manager will focus on
building relationships, ensuring high-quality care, and supporting both clients and caregivers , while also driving responsible growth through sales and client acquisition. This position is ideal for someone who finds purpose in helping others, values strong connections, and enjoys balancing compassion with accountability.
This role works
closely with CareOne Senior Care’s Corporate Leadership Team
and reports directly to the
VP of Operations and Agency Administrator . While the Branch Manager has autonomy in day-to-day execution, they are fully supported by established corporate systems, caregiver scheduling, onboarding, operating systems, and on-call support.
The Branch Manager will be active in the community—meeting with referral partners, conducting in-home assessments, supporting caregivers, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Success in this role is measured not only by growth, but by
client satisfaction, caregiver engagement, and the positive impact made in the community
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Acquisition
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living communities, case managers, and other healthcare partners
Execute local sales and marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy
Meet with prospective clients and families to conduct in-home assessments and intake visits
Drive new client acquisition while maintaining high satisfaction and retention
Care Management & Client Experience
Oversee client care plans and ensure services are delivered as expected
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families to ensure satisfaction
Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with corporate leadership as needed
Support care transitions, reassessments, and service adjustments
Caregiver Oversight & Team Leadership
Support caregiver recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training in partnership with corporate team
Provide ongoing oversight, coaching, and support to caregivers
Ensure proper coverage of shifts and address call-offs or scheduling issues with corporate scheduling support
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
Operational & Corporate Collaboration
Collaborate with corporate scheduling, HR, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
Be available during on call hours for support of On Call Team.
Follow established CareOne Senior Care policies, procedures, and operating systems
Report performance updates, challenges, and opportunities to the VP of Operations and Agency Administrator
Corporate Support Provided
Centralized caregiver scheduling support
Corporate-led employee onboarding and compliance
Established operating systems, technology, and workflows
On-call backup and escalation support
Ongoing leadership guidance, training, and performance coaching
Required Skills & Experience
Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or a related service industry
Proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Experience overseeing caregivers or frontline staff
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and within a structured corporate environment
Professional, compassionate, and solutions-oriented approach
Home care or senior services experience strongly preferred.
