Job Title Deli Supervisor
Job Description As a Deli Supervisor for our corporate cafeteria, you’ll ensure that all of our team members enjoy not only a high‑quality experience, but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will set the tone, ensuring a team that is motivated, satisfied, and engaged. You’ll make sure the cafeteria runs smoothly, with everyone—from team members to senior leaders—feeling valued and appreciated.
Create a positive, engaging environment for all team members who visit the cafeteria.
Lead by example, ensuring that your team members are happy, motivated, and delivering top‑notch service.
Manage daily operations, including food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.
Maintain company grooming standards and ensure that team members adhere to them for a professional environment.
Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met, following all health department regulations, Westgate’s policies, and best practices.
Perform regular inventory checks, ensuring the correct stock levels are maintained and food quality is not compromised.
Qualifications
A passion for leadership and creating a positive team environment.
Knowledge and experience with food safety regulations, food preparation, and sanitation best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members and senior leadership alike.
Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations.
