Housekeeping Quality Manager – Conrad New York Downtown
Join us as the Housekeeping Quality Manager at Conrad New York Downtown, a 4‑Star Forbes rated hotel located in the heart of Lower Manhattan with 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food & beverage outlets including a 3‑meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in‑room dining.
What you will do:
Assess the quality of work provided to guests through daily quality inspections; write and submit reports and work with managers to address quality gaps.
Evaluate effectiveness of and develop incentive programs to drive performance.
Read and interpret loyalty/satisfaction reports and engage with guests to resolve issues.
Assist in training, re‑training and corrective action when necessary.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
