How You Will Contribute As a Strategic Account Manager, you will distribute and promote the use of biologics throughout a designated territory, working with multiple customer types including Healthcare Professionals and Alliance Partners. You will consult customers on biologics for surgical procedures using consultative sales skills to achieve sales objectives.
What You’ll Do
Business Planning & Goal Execution: Plan and implement tactical strategies to meet revenue budget and territory service goals. Develop and review business plan with Regional Manager quarterly.
Relationship Building: Develop and influence Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capture additional mindshare in assigned territory. Assist Alliance Partner business growth through supply chain discussions.
What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS); Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Two (2) years of sales experience in the Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales and/or Physician Sales; operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred.
OR Four (4) years of professional sales experience in a business‑to‑business setting.
OR Four (4) years of relevant medical experience (e.g., physician’s assistant, nurse).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Communication: Effective oral, written and presentation skills.
Proactive: Values growth opportunities, learns from failures, and demonstrates high emotional IQ, curiosity, and leadership.
Strategic: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
Interpersonal: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, hospitals and inspire them on LifeNet Health products.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage workload.

Salary $65,972 – $87,962 plus $55,000 variable. Variable component and bonus eligibility are based on performance and other criteria. Compensation may be higher based on qualifications and experience.
