We are actively seeking a full-time Keyholder for our store located in Santana Row in San Jose, CA. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will help coach and motivate a team of YETI brand enthusiasts who provide exceptional customer service. You have a customer-first mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Sales and Operations: Drive store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience. Support Store Manager with delivering on sales goals, executing daily store operations and team communication. Drive inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately. Execute new product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy. Holistically own division of responsibility which includes inventory and product processing, visual merchandising, and community events. Customer and Brand Experience: Provide exceptional customer service with the ability to identify the best product for their pursuits. Show passion for YETI brand and inspire customers to become lifetime YETI customers. Support execution of community marketing events within the store. Talent Management: Support team coaching and development of key skillsets to accelerate sales performance. Assess Guide performance and share observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities. Build strong team morale and inspire team to perform at an exceptional level. Communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of stakeholders and customers. Qualifications
High school diploma and/or equivalent. At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability. Passion for outdoor pursuits. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift. Pay Range
$25.00 - $25.88 Hourly USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. Benefits & Perks
