Title: Program Manager Tech 3
Location: Puget Sound, WA
Duration: 6 months (it could extend up to 18 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Flexible hours required to support China/Asia collaboration, No overtime)
Pay Rate Range: $55 to $60/hr
Key Responsibilities
Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and business topics from project initiation through delivery Drive program schedules, status reports, and execution plans Create and review functional and technical specifications Provide Product Managers and Product Unit Managers with analytical and technical insights Organize and lead cross‑functional activities to ensure programs are completed on time and within budget Work closely with suppliers to communicate engineering requirements Ensure subject matter experts are included in all relevant discussions Candidate Requirements
Education: Mechanical engineering background strongly preferred (chemical engineering also acceptable) Industry Experience: Experience in the technology / hardware industry is required Disqualifiers:
No tech industry experience Low tenure or frequent job hopping
