Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and data management industry, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their team. As a Data Analyst II, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Document requirements, design test scripts, and execute validation of existing Power-BI dashboards
Develop macros, extracts, queries, and dashboards for various data needs across the business utilizing Power-BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects
Develop and support dashboards for proactively measuring internal business data for various uses across the division
Assist with ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the Electrophysiology division and propose opportunities for automation and time-savings
Ensure and maintain a safe and professional work environment
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Technical Field
3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related fields
Validation experience is required
Proficiency with Power-BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA requirements and other international standards
