Responsibilities
Manage email correspondence, calendar organization, and scheduling appointments
Provide data entry, record-keeping, and document management support
Conduct research, gather information, and summarize findings
Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence
Maintain organized digital files and databases
Support project management, including task assignment and tracking
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Basecamp
Knowledge of CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce
Familiarity with document management systems
