Position Overview
Pizza Cook – full time
Location: Target Headquarters – 1000 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403 (online applications accepted)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (full time)
Requirement: Must have scratch pizza dough experience
Pay range: $20.00 – $20.50 per hour
Job Summary Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Responsibilities
Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and appearance.
Uses ticket collection procedures during service.
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to supervisor immediately.
Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
Personal commitment to safety.
Abides by all company policies, including glove use, oven mitts, slip‑resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
