Carle Health is seeking a Cardiology
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our Cardiology Group in Peoria, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Join an established and well-respected Cardiology Practice in Central Illinois
Work with multiple Physicians to collaborate on care for Cardiac patients both in the hospital and in the Clinic
Round on patients in the hospital
Cardiology APP will oversee in-hospital and clinic stress tests
First responder to all daytime calls for hospital rotation
Typical schedule will be M-F / 8:00a-4:30 pm; with rotating weekends and no weeknight call
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Education Requirements
Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
Board Certified AGNP, AGACNP, or Adult CNS - Board Eligible will be considered
Experience working in Cardiology or Critical Care is a plus
Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
