SOUS CHEF
position.
Location 6801 Hollywood Blvd Suite #513. Los Angeles, CA 90028. Online applications accepted only.

Requirements
Previous cook/chef experience and management experience preferred.
Pay Range: $28.50 to $32.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities
Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards.
Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders.
Supervise hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Store food following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures.
Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; keep workstation clean and display equipment debris-free during service.
Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a service‑oriented manner, relaying information to supervisor.
Understand menu items and explain them to associates and customers accurately.
Operate efficiently during peak production and service hours.
Monitor inventory and deliveries, track production, consumption and waste, and inform supervisor when supplies are low.
Perform other duties as assigned.
