One of our clients is seeking a

Residential House Manager

to provide service in Annapolis, MD.

Hours All shifts available

Summary of Client's Description of this Opportunity

Oversee the residential aids and check on their work

Travel from house to house ensuring efficient and effective operations

Train new incoming Residential Aides

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported

Prep meals for individuals being supported

Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals

Client's Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent

Minimum of one (1) year experience working in related field

Clean Slate Background Check

Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record

Ability to motivate staff and work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to clients

Excellent oral, writing and listening skills

Ability to work independently and initiate actions to support the efforts of the staff and clients

Ability to relate with clients and all levels of staff
