Minimum Requirements
Two (2) years of verifiable full-time DL experience within the past three (3) years
Clean driving record
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
No serious preventable accidents within the past 3 years
Well-maintained truck (Inspections needed that show Truck in USDOT compliance and safe)
Proof of insurance (Physical damage)
Safety and maintenance inspections completed regularly
No DUI, No SAP or Reckless driving
No kids allowed while driving for Company
Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Test
Expenses
Company keeps 12% out of the gross
Liability and Cargo Insurance $250/week
ELD (Optima) $20/month and Optional ELD Support
PrePass $20/month
Occupational Insurance $145/month
IFTA - quarterly
Escrow ($1,500; 6x250)
