PRIMARY JOB DESCRIPTION Kopari Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales & Events Coordinator (SEC) to join our rapidly growing team. This is an in-store selling role, with a minimum expectation of 36 hours per week spent actively selling in Ulta Beauty stores.

The SEC is responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and delivering best-in-class customer service through the execution of strategic field sales, training, and event initiatives. This role manages a territory of 20–25 Ulta focus doors and leads a team of 2–6 freelancers, depending on territory size.

This is a fast-paced, field-driven role offering the opportunity to help scale a high-growth brand while executing impactful strategies in close partnership with Ulta Beauty. The SEC will report directly to a Regional Sales Manager and/or National Sales Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve company objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve and exceed individual and territory sales goals

Develop and execute store-specific strategies to drive sales and build brand awareness

Manage budgetary commitments, including travel and expenses, freelance labor, and event spend, to maintain profitability

Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing freelance teams and Beauty Advisor/Coordinator teams (where applicable)

Strengthen brand identity by ensuring visual merchandising consistency and maintaining visual, inventory, and operational standards

Meet all deadlines for calendars, expenses, event recaps, and internal requests

Adhere to Ulta Beauty protocols and support retail partner policies

Successfully execute launch plans and marketing initiatives

Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience working with Ulta Beauty

Educate store teams on brand story, product launches, hero products, and key initiatives

Develop and maintain a call cycle that ensures consistent and comprehensive support across all accounts within the territory

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of

1 year of experience

in the beauty industry, partnering with retailers including Ulta Beauty

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership, sales, customer service, budget management, and organizational skills

Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Growth mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences

Hands-on, quick-thinking, organized problem solver

Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as business needs require

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Google Docs a plus)

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day (with breaks)

Spend approximately

90% of time in the field/in store

Space at home to store approximately two (2) 9” x 12” x 6” boxes

Ability to travel as needed
