At CSI Creative, we do more than manufacture architectural products—we deliver high-performance solutions that transform environments. As a rapidly growing brand, we are looking for a driven sales professional ready to take ownership of a major territory.
This is your moment to pivot. Whether you are currently a Territory Manager in flooring, a Store Manager in paint/coatings, or a Design Consultant ready to leave the retail showroom floor, this role offers the platform to become a true industry leader.
You bring the
drive, the EQ, and the hustle . We will provide the
product training and mentorship
to help you bridge the gap between architectural vision and construction reality. Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated
Regional Sales Manager
to drive growth in a designated territory. This is a "Hunter" role for a self-starter who thrives on face-to-face interaction and building new relationships from scratch. Your primary mission is to expand our reach within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community, as well as with contractors and building owners. You will not be alone—you will collaborate closely with our internal design and support teams to turn your leads into closed projects. Key Responsibilities

Maintain existing relationships and aggressively develop new ones through face-to-face visits, lunch-and-learns, and job site networking. Drive Activity:
Execute a high volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, visits) to generate pipeline. Manage the Cycle:
Oversee projects from initial design inquiry to final purchase order, ensuring no detail is lost in the long sales cycle. Leverage Support:
Work with the National Sales Manager to map your territory strategy and utilize our internal design team to create "wow" moments for your clients. Master the CRM:
Maintain pristine records of your pipeline, forecasts, and contacts. Leverage modern tools (e.g. AI) as an accelerant to all pipeline generation, relationship and customer development. Be the Expert:
Become a subject matter expert on CSI’s acoustic solutions to confidently guide architects and contractors. Travel:
Plan and organize efficient travel schedules (approx. 40-45%) to maximize face time with customers in your region. Qualifications & Experience
