Full‑Time Luxury Sales Specialist

for its Topanga Plaza location.

Responsibilities

Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience.

Cultivate an in‑depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise.

Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company‑supported technology.

Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to exceed targets.

Positive, enthusiastic, team‑spirited work style, exhibiting company core values at all times.

Commitment to outstanding customer service.

Strong attention to detail and high integrity.

Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays.

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Minimum of 2‑3 years selling experience in a luxury retail environment.

Ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience or other luxury sales experience.

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly range:

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour

plus a monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance. Pay can be adjusted based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The full‑time schedule is designed to provide flexible staffing during key events and peak selling times. Employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for health and welfare benefits, sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training and paid time off (vacation, holidays, bereavement, jury duty). Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America after one year of service. Medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match are also offered.
