Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with length of employment. Salary

$55,000 to $63,250 based on experience. Responsibilities

Supervise an F&B Outlet and manage daily operations of a designated shift. Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs and meeting staffing objectives. Assist in the budget process and provide recommendations; report budget concerns to manager. Promote superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards. Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department. Assist in maintaining procedures for food service and inspect menu items for maximum customer satisfaction. Assist in maintaining sanitary and pleasant service for all guests. Monitor cost control methods by tracking inventory and pars. Assist Food & Beverage Manager with administrative duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and report potential issues to management. Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. Qualifications

Associate’s degree (A.A.) in related field or two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two years of previous supervisory experience required. Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent) and ability to interpret bar graphs. Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Additional Requirements

First Aid/AED certification. C.A.R.E. or TIPS training. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier. Equal Opportunity Employer
