Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group seeks two General Urologists to join our Urology team at our new hospital in Lake Nona, set to open in 2026. Join a growing healthcare system and collaborative team that will consist of three urologists with APP support. The position offers the chance to help build a dynamic urology practice from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general urological care to a diverse patient population
Participate in rotating call coverage with practice colleagues at AdventHealth Lake Nona
Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care
Help establish a robust urology service at a new facility
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain
Strong commitment to patient‑centered care
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a new, team‑oriented environment
Location Lake Nona, FL – A state‑of‑the‑art hospital that will offer leading‑edge treatments to patients from Central Florida and around the globe. The new facility will open in 2026 with 80 beds, with room to expand to 320 and include services such as men’s health, bariatrics, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and more.
