General Description:
SUNY Niagara is seeking candidates to teach clinical in a Surgical Services department as part of the Surgical Technology Associate Degree Program.
Compensation is $960 per lecture hour and $860 per lab hour for teaching at least 3 credits in a semester.
The clinical assignments will be held twice per week either with a 6‑hour lab or a 12‑hour lab. This exempt position pays $5,160 for a 6‑hour lab or $10,320 for a 12‑hour lab.
Paid orientation to teaching and responsibilities will be provided.
Individuals with current clinical proficiency and/or teaching experience are particularly encouraged to apply.

Applications are evaluated on an as‑needed basis; candidates will be contacted when the department has an opening. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Recent (within 5 years) surgery experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s of Science degree with a major in a health‑related field.
License(s)/Certifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
