What Would This Role Do? As a
Behavior Therapist
(Master’s & Bachelor’s Level), you will:
Provide
1:1 ABA therapy
in home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under
BCBA supervision .
Support individuals with autism in developing critical life skills, including
communication, social interaction, and independence .
Apply ABA techniques such as
Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Verbal Behavior (VB), and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) .
Collect and analyze
behavioral data
to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
Participate in
clinical meetings
and collaborate with supervisors to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

ABA Therapist’s Rates
$23 - $30 per hour (based on education & experience)
Bachelor's Level
$23.00-$28.00
Master's Level
$26.00-$30.00
Part-Time to Full-Time Role: Must be able to commit to at least 15 hours per week. Hours dependent on therapist availability and client needs.
Scheduling:
Preferred hours are 8 AM - 8 PM, with a strong need for availability between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, client-centered ABA therapy.
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans.
Maintain accurate data collection and session notes.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
Adhere to ethical and professional ABA practices.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
2+ years of experience
providing direct ABA services working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20+ mile radius.
Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks and TB testing.
Fluency in English (bilingual a plus!).
COVID-19 vaccination (required by some partnered schools/organizations).
Nice to Haves:
RBT certification (preferred but not required).
Passion for growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, run, and squat for extended periods.
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
Engage in active play and movement with children.
