$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr Specializing in baked goods and desserts, pastry cooks are the scientists of the kitchen. Precision, consistency, and creativity are the name of the game, and a pastry cook is master of these traits. Responsible for the production and presentation of breads, cakes, and pastries, a pastry cook works in a team dynamic and follows directions and communicates with the chef team. Requested Tasks
Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment. Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe. Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation. Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment when needed within budget. Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation. Requested Capabilities
Prior experience as a Pastry Cook highly preferred. Innovative and creative personality. A passion for all things pastry and confectionary.
