Role Summary Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Support Associate is a key member of the Marketing Team. The Marketing Support Associate will process vendor reimbursement requests, manage MDF fund balances, and communicate regularly with vendors and Owner‑Associates to resolve open items. The Marketing Support Associate collaborates with diverse teams, ensures accurate data entry, and applies strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Exciting work you will do The essential duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Support Associate will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Answer telephone calls, monitor and distribute emails and correspondence, and respond to customer requests
Process Vendor Coop & MDF Reimbursement Requests
Set up new vendors for tracking in the internal management portal
Review and understand vendor programs, key submission dates, program requirements
Submit pre‑approval requests in vendor portals and process requested invoices
Assist with collecting all needed documentation for processing and answering questions regarding requests
Follow‑up with vendors and/or Owner‑Associates for outstanding items
Notify the sales organization of available reimbursement opportunities/balances on a regular basis
General administrative tasks for the Marketing Department
Other duties as assigned

Work Experience:
Entry‑Level
Education:
High School diploma or GED
Analytics/Computer Skills:
Eye for detail; competent with MS Office Suite; high proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized and detail‑oriented; ability to multi‑task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast‑paced, continuously evolving environment
Cross‑functional Skills:
Capable of relationship‑building, problem‑solving and follow through with internal and external partners
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:
