Job Summary The Leadership Challenge Course Facilitator will equip and instruct participants in proper use of the Challenge Course Complex facilities, equipment and supplies, deliver content and skill‑building sessions, and provide a safe environment for leadership development.

Responsibilities

Provide unique guided experiences for clients and their groups.

Assist participants through stressful situations during a workshop.

Ensure all participants and staff are following Georgia Tech LCC risk management guidelines.

Follow set instructions for facilitated experiences.

Ensure appropriate set‑up before programs and clean up after programs.

Lead group participants through experience reflection and debriefs as a part of programs.

Assist in the development and training of co‑workers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma.

Required Experience Up to two years of job related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities This job requires skills as applied within a large recreational facility coupled with specialized knowledge in area of responsibility.
