Compensation
$1,300 guaranteed weekly minimum, increasing to $1,500 after 12 months
Annual salary: $67,000–$78,000
$500 new‑hire transition bonus paid on the second paycheck
$3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
$250 per day for two‑day paid orientation
Job Description TA Dedicated is hiring professional CDL‑A truck drivers for the Dedicated AAP/Car Quest division. Responsibilities include driving primarily between NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA, averaging 1,700–1,800 miles weekly with 3–10 stops per delivery; using electric pallet jacks on lift‑gate trailers; operating night shifts and maintaining consistent, dedicated routes.
Key Responsibilities
Operate truck routes in NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA
Maintain 1–2 layovers per week scheduling
Drive night shifts as required
Operate electric pallet jacks on lift‑gate trailers
Requirements
Valid CDL‑A license
Hazmat endorsement required
Minimum of 12 months recent tractor‑trailer experience
At least 21 years of age
Comfortable with night driving
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Positive safety and employment history
