Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Staff IT Program Manager to join their team. As a Staff IT Program Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Up to $204,000
What's the Job?
Lead the execution of multiple strategic, cross-functional IT programs within a business-aligned domain, with a focus on quote-to-cash initiatives.
Manage end-to-end quote-to-cash transformations, including sales quoting, order management, contract lifecycle management, billing, and revenue recognition.
Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to develop business cases, define value, and support investment proposals.
Partner with IT, architecture, and business leaders to define objectives, outcomes, and delivery milestones.
Drive alignment and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, managing interdependencies and trade-offs.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience managing technology programs, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, or platform delivery.
Extensive experience leading quote-to-cash program management, specifically involving Salesforce platform implementations and integrations.
Proven ability to influence roadmaps and partner closely with senior leadership across various departments.
Strong organizational change management experience, especially for Salesforce CRM and revenue operations teams.
