Responsibilities
Ensure cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are maintained during your shift.
Set the example for crew members and follow all policies and procedures at 100% compliance.
Handle staffing, paperwork, and food management.
Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
Provide great customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
Arrange transportation to/from work and keep the store clean.
Assist with marketing, profitability, and overall store operations.
