About Our Agency I’m currently in my sixth year as a State Farm agent, with a total of eight years of experience with the company. Before opening my agency, I worked for a State Farm agent in Springfield, and prior to that grew up in the car business — experiences that shaped my relationship-driven approach and appreciation for teamwork.

Our office is home to eight team members, and we truly operate like a small family. We prioritize training and development, believe strongly in promoting from within, and make time to connect through regular team lunches and outings. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through events such as Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago’s Annual NeighborWorks Day.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
