Sales Representative - English and Chinese Required (H-1B Sponsorship)
We are seeking a dynamic bilingual Sales Representative to join Aroma International Inc. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, possess excellent sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced food service environment. This outside sales position is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and building relationships with new and existing accounts. The focus is to help Aroma customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to meet customer needs.
Duties
Make and achieve sales plan
Identify and maintain a list of potential customers
Call on accounts, identify product needs, demonstrate, and obtain orders
Complete orders and process through appropriate order entry
Coordinate delivery, make delivery route and essential delivery instructions for drivers
Perform initial follow‑up work with customer ensuring delivery and product satisfaction. Make deliveries in emergency.
Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow up on any problems.
Participate in company product purchasing, operation, and future development.
Report sales activity, competitive activity, and market conditions.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
Previous experience in food service sales is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to diverse customers.
Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
