Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Outside Sales Representative, located in Bergen County, NJ. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and selling Kimball Midwest's extensive range of MRO products. This role includes conducting customer visits, presenting product solutions, and creating customized sales strategies. Candidates will also maintain records of sales activities and collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
Self‑motivation, a results‑driven mindset, and the ability to work autonomously in an on‑site role.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with MRO products or the industrial maintenance industry is a plus.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with clients within the assigned territory.
