We are looking for individuals eager to expand our outbound sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our mortgage and refinance solutions, and seamlessly coordinating with our licensed loan officers for the next steps. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is driven by meeting performance metrics, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with prospective clients from a list of leads
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet conversion targets
Utilize CRM tools to track status, call notes, and follow-ups
Work closely with Loan Officers, Marketing, and Sales Manager on transfers
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Specific Qualifications
1+ year of outbound sales, call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience
Comfortable speaking with a high volume of prospects daily
Goal oriented with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
Ability to manage a lead pipeline and update records consistently
