Our client, a leader in data center construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in compliance with global safety policies and OSHA standards.
Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities such as working at heights, electrical work, and hazardous materials handling.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and participate in safety meetings to promote a safety-first culture.
Investigate incidents, injuries, and near-misses, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are implemented.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safety standards are maintained across all activities.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or CSP.
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction safety management, preferably in large-scale or data center projects.
Extensive knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
