Our client is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting various cloud and on‑premises environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, proactive thinking, and a passion for automation, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Create dashboards to observe, monitor, and set up alert systems across multiple platforms and tools.
Provide oversight for production operations to maximize reliability and automation.
Design, develop, and evolve SRE procedures, tooling, and scalable solutions to enhance service quality.
Implement full‑stack observability, monitoring, and event management integrations.
Build and manage CI/CD frameworks, release management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across hybrid/multi‑cloud environments.
What's Needed?
Strong knowledge of creating dashboards and alert systems using tools like Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, and Thousand Eyes.
Experience in developing and rolling out CI/CD pipelines, release management, and IaC using Terraform, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, or similar tools.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on infrastructure automation.
Good developer background with the ability to relate application layers to infrastructure platforms.
Ability to quickly learn new tools, scripting languages, or frameworks as needed.
