Pay Range:
$54.51 - $60.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits and PTO)
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and optimize complex software systems and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
Contribute to the development and testing of hardware and software integration projects.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective resolutions.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 8+ years' experience with test experience with data center/server hardware.
Minimum 8+ years' experience with development experience with C++ (and Python).
Minimum 2+ years' experience with understanding of CI/CD and ADO pipelines.
What's Needed?
Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly with data center/server hardware.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Rust.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong understanding of hardware diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
