Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Sr. Hardware and Software IT Asset Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Hardware and Software IT Asset Specialist, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
$26 - $29/hr W2
What's the Job?
Actively manage all hardware and software assets within the organization, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts.
Plan, monitor, and record software licenses and hardware assets to optimize technology spending.
Develop and recommend procedures for tracking company assets throughout their lifecycle to maintain quality control.
Assist in forming procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for major incidents, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder management in a 24/7/365 operation.
What's Needed?
At least 3 years of IT Asset Management experience required.
Strong knowledge of asset management processes and procedures.
Excellent inventory and cost-management skills.
Experience with various licensing models and understanding of hardware contracts.
Proven problem‑solving, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical advice effectively.
