Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead PowerApps Developer to join their team. As a Lead PowerApps Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and customize business applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet organizational needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Integrate PowerApps with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft Dataverse
Create intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience and accessibility
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
What's Needed?
At least 5+ years of professional experience in application development, with recent 3+ years focused on PowerApps development
Proficiency in PowerApps Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, and custom connectors for advanced app development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach
Excellent communication skills to lead meetings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
