UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission:

Comfort with complex pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
General variety trauma
Call 1:5 (clinical)
Built in referral base of 280 providers
ED Call is once a week
ivision of UW Health

MD or DO - Required
License/Certifications
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
Active Illinois medical license - Required
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
