About the Role We are looking for an experienced
HVAC Technician
to join a leading technical services provider in Belgium. This role offers the opportunity to work in the heart of Europe, performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC installations in diverse environments such as hospitals, office buildings, factories, schools, and other facilities. You will ensure optimal functioning of systems while prioritizing safety and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC installations at various sites.
Order materials when urgently assisting clients in need.
Report interventions accurately and promptly.
Candidate Profile Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
Knowledge of electricity and technical systems.
Relevant certifications in HVAC or refrigeration.
Comfortable working across multiple sites and locations.
Strong communication skills and client-oriented approach.
Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a secure work environment.
Salary:
€16 – €21/hour based on experience.
Eco Vouchers
Overtime Pay:
100% on Sundays/public holidays, 50% on other days (fully recoverable).
Leave:
32 days per year (20 vacation days + 12 ADV days), freely scheduled.

On-call Premium:
For standby service participation.
Company Van:
Equipped with necessary tools.
