About the Opportunity:

8 Physicians, 5 APP’s
Schedule: Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Single-hospital call: 1:12 weekends / 1:10 weekdays
supported by APPs
Endoscopy center, care center, and hospital all within walking distance
In-house services: infusion, pathology lab, FibroScan, and diagnostic ultrasound

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $450,000 – $500,000 per year
Signing Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000, paid at commencement of employment
Productivity Bonus: Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production
Transition Bonus: $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
