Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Verification and Validation Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Verification and Validation Systems Engineer, you will be part of the R&D department supporting product development and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Contribute to system design and verification/validation activities for complex medical devices from concept through commercialization.
Define customer needs and develop or modify product system requirements and architecture to meet those needs.
Evaluate constraints, make trade-off decisions, and contribute to module-level design requirements.
Participate in product safety and security risk management activities, including DFMEAs.
Develop verification and validation plans, protocols, scripts, and reports, ensuring high-quality technical documentation.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or V&V activities.
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Standards, including design control and risk management, is preferred.
Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, and Minitab.
Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
