Job Title: FSQA Manager

Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area *Relocation package
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (preferably in Food or Quality) & 4-6 years experience in food manufacturing
Pay Range:
$110,000 - $140,000
Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a FSQA Manager to join their team. As a FSQA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for food safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Provide strategic direction, leadership, and ownership of Food Safety and Quality System programs.
Support food safety initiatives for new products, including leading studies to assess product stability, shelf‑life, and extended run validations.
Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of fluid systems and CIP systems.
Participate in employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, leading teams through change and growth.
Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations and lead internal/external audit processes.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–6 years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in USDA or produce environments.
Six Sigma Certification.
Experience with FDA and/or USDA regulations.
Proven ability to manage and improve Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with standards.
