Contract to Hire Rate
$32hr (benefits included, PTO not included) Candidates

Conceptualize, design, and document mechanical aspects sufficient to support the design, manufacturing, and service of Frasca products. Provide engineering design and analysis for new product development, modifications, and support of existing products. Top Skills / Requirements
SolidWorks drafting and design experience (at least 1 year) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field SolidWorks certification (preferred) Aerospace industry experience (preferred) Key Responsibilities
Perform essential functions of an associate mechanical engineer Read and interpret aircraft manuals to determine system functionality Participate in data collection trips to assess component size and functionality Locate and recommend part substitutes as needed Review technical and contractual documentation to ensure designs meet requirements Troubleshoot designs and determine best approach to solve design or manufacturing issues Support manufacturing, including answering questions and assembling equipment Design and create room requirements drawings and proposals Communicate and coordinate with other engineering departments and vendors Provide support for Marketing and Project Management Other duties as assigned Call to Action
