As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting onsite operations. Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate staff work, overseeing staff development and competence maintenance.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates to ensure project success.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency.

Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
