The Opportunity This isn’t a typical sales role, you’ll be the architect of our sales engine. You’ll own the outbound motion, refine the pitch, build the pipeline, and work directly with the founders to drive growth. As our first sales hire, you’ll have huge influence over how the commercial side of the business evolves.
Responsibilities
Identify and win new business across our ideal customer profiles
Build and manage a revenue pipeline from scratch
Own outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Lead discovery calls, pitch meetings, and proposal processes
Work directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy
Help define pricing, messaging, and go-to-market approaches
Track metrics, optimise performance, and report on progress
Skills and Experience Required
Experience selling digital marketing services, agency work, or B2B solutions
Confident with outbound sales and building pipeline independently
A builder mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity
Someone who loves meeting people, understanding problems, and closing deals
A growth‑oriented person excited by the challenge of being first in the door
