Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse Navigator & Care Coordinator

A healthcare facility in Syracuse seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Navigator to enhance the quality of psychiatric admissions. The RN will assess patient criteria, streamline admission processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
